black lily was founded in september 2007 by inge kindberg & june maria stevn. today the company is run by june & the wonderful team of 7 persons, which handle all aspects of the company including design, production, QC, marketing, sales and warehouse/deliveries. situated in an old backyard factory with rough ceilings and painted concrete floors in aarhus, denmark.

Heute wird das Unternehmen von June und einem tollen Team von 7 Angestellten geführt. Von einem individuellen Hinterhof mit Künstler-Atmosphäre aus, kümmern sich diese 8 gemeinsam um sämtliche Anliegen innerhalb der kleinen Firma: Produktdesign, Produktion, Qualitätssicherung, Marketing, Vertrieb und Distribution.
Der Name und das Logo stehen für 2 weibliche Charaktere - black fashionista: die Rockige, Individuelle und Eigenständige und lily bohemiam: die Feminine, Farbenfrohe und Souveräne.
Die Black Lily Welt ist stets schwarz und weiß - mit Leder und Blumen. Eine Mischung aus Holz und Beton, Seide und gewaschenem Leder.
